She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan McGouy Richardson and Sanchez Moncrief Richardson; her husband Grady Odell Langley; and her siblings, Mildred Hendricks, June Hendricks, Sarah Whichard, Fay Richardson, Dick Richardson, Buck Richardson and Jim Nick Richardson.

She is survived by: her son Steven Langley (Paula) of Rocky Mount; her grandchildren, Nicole Langley Brockwell (Van) of Rocky Mount and Logan Langley (Jamie) of Clayton; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Jack, Evan Brockwell, Emma, Lilliana and Waylon Langley; and her brother Jerry Richardson of Midlothian, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
