She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Privette and Bessie Joyner Privette; her husband Willie Thomas Williams; her daughter-in-law Michelle Williams; and her brother Melvin Rudolph Privette.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Williams Harper (John), Wanda Williams Joyner and Barry Leon Williams; her grandchildren, Heather Jones (Grant), Jeremy Harper, Andrew Joyner (Kristin), Joslyn Williams and Krisan Joyner; and her sister Jean Privette Woodruff. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dearest friends.
