He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Willis Wainwright and Beatrice Elizabeth Ellis Wainwright; and his brother Garland Wainwright (Ann) of Farmville. He is survived by: his wife Melga Taylor Wainwright; his children, Ben Davis (Kim) of Virginia and Tina Davis Hunt (Howard) of Florida; his grandchildren, Thomas, Bobby, Alex, Ethan, McKenzi and Kaitlyn; his brother Phillip Wainwright (Rose); his close friend Pat Roberson; Charles Kirkland (Shirley). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandsons.
