She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alexander Sharpe and Ruby Pearl Roberson Sharpe. She is survived by: her children, Larry Delano "L. D." Edwards, Jr. and Glenda Edwards Wells (Ed Winchester); her grandchildren, Kristy Barnes (Russell Williams) of Rocky Mount and Alex Edwards (Allison) of Snow Hill; her great grandchildren, Walker Courtlon Edwards, Nevaeh Marie Williams, Tristen Isaac Hackney, Chaynce Lamont Williams and Russell; and her pet Maggie.
