She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Hicks and Elizabeth Hicks; and her son Johnnie Umphlet Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Umphlet, Sr.; her daughters, Debbie Bone (Larry Sr.) and Rena Sherrod (Terry Sr.); her daughter-in-law Chris Umphlet; her grandchildren, Larry Bone Jr. (Michelle), Terry Sherrod Jr., Stephanie Sherrod, Jessica Bone, Jeremy Sherrod, Emily Sherrod, Lindsey Price, Kaitlyn Umphlet, Casey Sherrod (Allison) and Cody Sherrod; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Justin, Wallace, Logan, Aiden, Cambrie, Mason, Easton, Oakley, Johnnie, Alex and Nathan; and her siblings, Mona Bollinger and Sammy Hicks (Patsy). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
