He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lee Outlaw of Lorton; his siblings, Melody Brumble (Judy) of Louisiana, Jennifer Bland (Jeff) of Rocky Mount, Tracey Outlaw of Raleigh and Jason Outlaw (Tracy) of Speed; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Cenci (Daniel), Clay Joyner, Samuel Bland, Sarah Bland, Melody Outlaw, Raymond Outlaw, Andrew Jadon and Mary Emma Cenci; and his close friend Jean Barnes of Sharpsburg.
