He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Thigpen and Edna Thigpen; and his sister Paula Thigpen. He is survived by: his wife Bernedett; his children, Coty, Meredith and Justin; his stepdaughters, Stacy Stewart (Brian) and Reva Coker (James "Boogie" Housand); his grandchildren, Kadence, Kinley, Damian and Spencer; and his pets, Rocky, Izzy and Kash.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Christ Church at Old Sparta in Patrick's memory, as he loved his home church, Pastor Jim Ellis and the community it supported.
