He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davis and Josephine Staton Davis. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Davis; his children, Minister Vincent Davis of Bailey, NC, Michael Davis of Rocky Mount, NC, Patricia Jeffries of Rocky Mount, NC and Elder Robin Clinton of Knightdale, NC; and his siblings, Isiah Davis of Rocky Mount, NC, Earlean "Sue" Davis of Tarboro, NC and Mary "May Gal" Winstead of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thriteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
