He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred David Combs and Naomi "Pat" Catherine Davis Combs; and his son Ronald D. Combs. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gibson Combs; his children, Christopher P. Combs and Kimberly C. Parker; his grandchildren, Kayla Parker, Emma Parker and Declan Parker; his brother David Combs; his sister-in-law Catherine Combs; his nieces, Maggie Reed and Mollie Barrett; and his nephew Blake Tedder.
