She is survived by: her husband Earl Henry Goodwin; her children, Carroll David Goodwin (Mary) of Clayton, Ruth Goodwin Ayers of Raleigh and Mary Ann Goodwin Jernigan (Clint) of Garner; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Natalie, Trey (Chandra), Andrew, Ryan and Ashley.
