He is survived by: his wife Judith Sala-Benitez; his sons, Raymond Ellis Benitez and Bryant Luis Benitez; his siblings, Cynthia Benitez, Margarita Velazquez Torres, Isabel Mane Benitez (Raymond) and David Benitez (Christine); and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Sala-Ferdinand, Elizabeth Sala-Cooper (Oldyn) and Cesar Sala (Katherine).
