He is survived by: his wife Ethel Staten; his daughters, Jessica Staten of Rocky Mount, NC and Danielle Staten of Pinetops, NC; his stepdaughters, Lisa Staten of Tarboro, NC and Tenisha Staten of Wilson, NC; his son Dalray Boone of Rich Square, NC; and his stepsons, Albert Staten of Greenville, NC and Lamont Staten of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
