She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Samuel and Neta Avery Cash; her husbands, Wilbur Ray Wilkinson and William "Bill" Leggett; and her siblings, Albert, Frank, Glenn, Clyde, Jimmy, Joe, Ruth, Joyce and Ann.
She is survived by: her son Clyde Cash, Jr. of Macclesfield; her grandchildren, Marcos Anthony Cash (Bridgette) of Texas and Ashley L. Dunn (Amber) of Fountain; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Trinity, Joaquin, Bentley and Serenity; and her sisters-in-law, Lou Ann Cash and Gail Hill Cash. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
