With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Richard Allen (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Fontaine Allen and Anna Mildred Silvey Allen; and his former wives, Juanita Allen and Ann Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Pittman Allen; his children, Dr. Cathy Slater (Douglas Slater) of Rocky Mount, Wade Allen (LeAnne) of Raleigh and Clark Allen (Phanthip) of Morehead City; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Emily, Maria, Maggie, Catie and Jessica. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren; step children; other relatives and many close friends.
