It is with sadness that the passing of Ted Lee Bissette II (Rocky Mount, North Carolina) is shared. Ted, born on December 27, 1968, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ted will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Ted is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Ted’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his father Ted Lee Bissett. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lane Evans Bissett; and his sons, Oliver Bissett and Finley Bissett. He is also survived by several extended family members and many great friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Spring Hope (111 N Walnut St, Spring Hope, NC 27882). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (601 E Branch St, Spring Hope, NC 27882).
