He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Pittman Blackford; his children, Monica Creek (Shane) of Bethany, IL, Loni Green (John) of Sullivan, IL, Gala Gaviria (Nelson) of Wake Forest, NC and Nicole Scott of Nashville, NC; his brother Tim Blackford (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Emma McKinney, Khali Creek, Cortney Sands (Jesse), Colten Myers, Gabriella, Alex, Elena Gaviria and Ashlynn Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family friends, and other extended relatives.
