It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Louise Capps of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Edward Arnold, Sr. and Thelma Wheeless Arnold; her husband William Capps; her brother James E. Arnold, Jr.; and her nephew Dale Narron.

She is survived by : her siblings, Cecil Arnold (Carol) of Morehead City and Clara Jane Narron of Wilson; her nieces and nephews, Randy Arnold, Tommy Narron, Austin Arnold (Tejhy), Ashley Taylor (Jonathan), Allison Jones (Justin), Rebecca Whitmire (Bradley) and Kim Ward; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Caroline, Capri, Esmie, Davis, Noah, William, Kielyn and Anslee.
