He is survived by: his children, Jeff Manning (Alicia) of Scotland Neck and Ashley Woodruff (John) of Red Oak; his siblings, Linda Cooke (Wayne) of Rocky Mount and Don Manning (Ann Boyette) of Rocky Mount; his grandchildren, Zoey, Van, Chesney, Weston and Emery; and his siblings' children, Angie, Greg, Melissa, Scott, David, Jon and Stephanie.
