He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur V. Marshall and Gladys F. Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Kenny Marshall (Carisa) of Manteo; his siblings, Peggy Joyce Alseth of Jacksonville, Fla and Arthur V. "Sonny" Marshall, Jr. of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Savannah Marshall Leonard (Gage) of Wallops Island and Logan Alexander Marshall of Manteo; and his great grandchildren, Jaxton Wayne Leonard and Delaney Rae Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family friends and other extended relatives.
