It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Morris of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent G. A. Morris; and his pet Rexy. He is survived by : his mother Doris Pate Morris; his wife C. B. Morris; his daughters, Melinda Quintero (Julian) of Holly Springs, Sheila Long (James) of Spring Hope, Liz Marquis (Drew) of Boston, MA and Georgia Morris (Zach) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Amira Morris, Cora and Cullen Long; his sister Susan Spann of Katy, TX.; and his pets, Ellie and Tequila. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Baptist Church (1501 Sunset Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
