He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Albert Bullock and Beulah Cowin Bullock; his siblings, Lewis "Edward" Bullock, Atung Ward Bullock, Rev. Ralph Ross Bullock, Pauline Bullock Savage and Geraldine Bullock Donnell; and his brothers-in-law, Nick Swinson and Lin Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mattie Jones Bullock; his sons, Doug Bullock of Rocky Mount, Jeff Bullock of Hickory and Bob Bullock (Jocelyn) of Takoma Park, MD; his grandsons, Zach Bullock (Allison), Justin Bullock and Jacob Bullock; his great grandchild Decker Bullock; his sisters, Elizabeth "Lib" Bullock Swinson, Nancy Bullock Shonk (Robert) and Janice Bullock Smith; and his cousin Mike Bullock (Margaret). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
