He is survived by: his wife Margaret Leathers Harper; his children, Lorena P. Harper (Fred Birchett), Willis Harold Harper, Jr. (Beth) and Elizabeth Harper Wilcox (Wayne); his grandchildren, Leanne Watrous, Emily Tomasik (Tyler), Brittan Wilcox, Willis Harper III, Morgan Harper and Banks Harper; his great grandchildren, Shepherd Tomasik and Addison Tomasik; and his sister Cathy Hicks. He is also survived by step-children and step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
