He is survived by : his mother Polly Cain Fields; his sisters, Sarah Benton (Neil) and Melissa Fields; his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Moffett, James Moffett, Tanner Benton, Kailey Newman, Avery Benton, Sophia Kong and Wyatt Newman; and his close friend Tom Riegel. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
