She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Kuiken and Joan Ann Roughgarden; and her brother Steven Kuiken. She is survived by : her daughter Teana M. Hodge (Shaun); her granddaughter Tessa; her children, AnnMarie Eastridge (Greg), Nathan and Harper (Jamie Mazzarone); her brothers, Brian and Jack Kuiken; and her nephews, Brian Nicholas Kuiken and Brett Kuiken.
