She was predeceased by: her parents, John MacInnis and Betty MacInnis (Young); and her brothers, John MacInnis, Jr. and Bobby MacInnis. She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Koluch; her children, Briana K. Koluch, Richard S. Koluch and Robert C. Koluch; her grandchildren, Bellah, Brynlee and Brennan; and her sisters, Diane Donato, Cathy Sullivan, Edith Hess and Jackie Scalon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
