He is survived by : his mother Norma Watkins; his children, Bobby Sipple Jr. (Lauren) of Castle Hayne, Alexis Sipple of Rocky Point and Jacob Sipple of Rocky Point; his stepchildren, Chris Cain and David Cain (Jennifer); and his siblings, Henry Cowart (Michelle) of Rocky Point, Norma Blanton of Rocky Point and Sharon Rowe (Bob) of Richfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
