It is with sadness that the passing of Stephen Douglas Burdette of Rolesville, North Carolina is shared. Stephen, born on July 8, 1940, passed away on July 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Stephen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Remmers; and his parents, Robert Burdette and Ora Burdette. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burdette (Carbon); his children, Lorrie Richardson (Ed), Douglas Burdette and Janice Burdette; and his brother Richard Burdette. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and their children.
