She was predeceased by: her mother Vonda Waddell Ashley. She is survived by: her father Rex Ashley; her husband Daniel Chavez; her sons, Daniel Gonzalez (Cameron) of Ronda and Danny Gonzalez of Ronda; her sister Tina Ashley of Ronda; her grandchild Malia Gonzalez; her niece Skye Ashley; and her close friends, Sandra Combs and Bradley Combs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (615 W Main St, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
