He is survived by: his wife Carol Leigh Davenport Johnson of Roper, NC; his daughter Samantha Dee Johnson (BeeJay Anderson) of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Pattie Johnson Reynolds of Sturgis, SD and Mike Johnson (Denise); his grandson Blake Anderson; his nephews, Joey White (Maldora Angar) and Hunter Johnson (Lauren); and his niece Aspen Johnson (Trevor Underwood).
