She was predeceased by: her parents, Bergie C. Speaks and Lala Speaks. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen of Emigrant, MT and Mark (Joyce) of Roper, NC; her grandsons, Kyle, Zachary and Jackson; and her siblings, Lee Von "Toby" Speaks of Wilkes County and Greta Sparks of Wilkes County.
