He was predeceased by: his mother Pat Davis of Roper; his mother-in-law Loretta Lupton; and his grandparents, Velna, Walter Spruill, Annie and Ernie Davis.
He is survived by: his father Harry Davis (Betsy Donovan); his wife Danita; his sons, Josh Davis (Intisar) and Austin Davis (Taylor); his granddaughters, Gabby Davis, Arianna Davis and Aubree Davis; and his great grandchild Amori Davis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Maitland Funeral Home Chapel (306 Latham Ave, Plymouth, NC 27962). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
