She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert M. Smith and Mattie Kirk Smith; her husband Charles W. Bradshaw; her daughter Carolyn Bradshaw Taylor; and her brothers, Gilbert, Darwin and Melvin Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Tipping (Russell); her grandchildren, Terri Smith (Kendall), Brenda Anderson (Aaron), Charles Norrod (Candi) and William Norrod; her siblings, Shirley Shambley (Morris), Annette Stone, Jeannette Rowland, George and Gerald Smith; and her close friends, George and Lois Pyles. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (16126 NC-32, Roper, NC 27970). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
