She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carl and Berta Register Bishop; her husband James Brock; and her siblings, Alton Bishop, Jennell Ezzell and Joe Bishop.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Brock (Kathy) of Rose Hill and Randy Brock (Kimi) of Rose Hill; her grandchildren, Chris Foley of Wallace, Brian Foley (Tammy) of South Carolina, Kelly Foley of Beulaville, Ann Marie Sampson (John) of Rose Hill, Jen Anderson (Jordan) of Wilmington and Brandon Allenczy (Erin) of Wilmington; and her close friend Ann Norman. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Island Creek Baptist Church (237 Pasture Branch Rd, Rose Hill, NC 28458). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
