She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Addington and Mary V. Farrior. She is survived by: her husband Gary Phillips; her siblings, Frank Addington of Roseboro, NC and Peggy Bryant of California; and her niece Megan Johnson of Fayetteville, NC..
