He is survived by: his father Russell P. Hightower of Sun City, Florida; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Spell of Stedman, Joann Smith of Roseboro, Faye Norris of Fayetteville, Barbara Fisher of Fuqua Varina, Franklin Plato Fisher (Diana) of Eastover, Leckie D. Fisher (Wanda) of Greenville, SC and T. L. Hightower (Lonna) of Lafayette, GA..
