He is survived by: his wife Virginia Register Bullard; his daughter Cindy Bullard Page (Steven) of Stedman; his daughter-in-law Sharon Bullard of Salemburg; his grandchildren, Ashton B. Nichols (Brooks) of Raleigh, Colby Bullard of Fayetteville and Brandon Sessoms of Salemburg; and his siblings, Emily Cundiff, Jerry Bullard (Jewell) of Roseboro and Jesse Bullard (Wilma Lee) of Roseboro. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
