He is survived by: his son Dalton Sessoms of Roseboro; his sisters, Fran Matthis (Ashley) of Clinton and Vicky Hamm (Ronnie) of Autryville; and his brother-in-law Terry Autry. He is also survived by 1 niece; 7 nephews; numerous great nieces and great nephews.
