He is survived by: his wife Betty Clarke Melton; and his children, Douglas V. Melton, Boris J. Melton, Rogers Glen Melton, Jr. and Juanetta Wallace. He is also survived by Two Grandchildren, One Great Grandchild with a host of other relatives and friends.
