He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Robert and Vila B. McCall Hall; and his siblings, Earlene Reaves and Roy Hall. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Lockamy Hall; his children, Phillip Young, Terry Hall (Katrina) and Bobbi Shoop (Brian); his siblings, Leamon Hall (Marilyn) and Treva Held; his grandchildren, Kolbi, Kylee, Noah, Kalyn, Alexander and Seth; and his great grandchild Robert.
