He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Burchell and Robert Burchell; and his brothers, Robert (Bert) and James (Jimmy). He is survived by: his son Thomas Burchell II. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
