Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alvin Gerald Reese of Rosman, North Carolina, born in Brevard, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on March 16, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Kermit Reese and Sallie Reese; and his siblings, Mack Reese, Howard Reese and Linda Payne.

He is survived by : his wife Jane Powell Reese; his children, Sheila Cozart (Robert), Sondra Green (Kim) and Steven Reese (Duffy); his grandchildren, Cassie Neelands (Andy), Zachary Cozart (Hillary), Bethany Green, Bailey Reese, Tanner Green (Katie) and Justin Cozart (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Carter, Charlotte Cozart, Bristol Cozart, Blayne Toms, Dianna Green and Marshall Neelands; and his brothers, Butch Reese, Avery Reese and Tom Reese.
