Clark Walter Chappell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clark Walter Chappell of Rosman, North Carolina, who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Clark has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chappell and Nettie Lyday Chappell of Rosman. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Long (Kevin) of Maryland; his grandsons, David Davee Jr. of Virginia and John Arthur Clemo of Florida; and his niece Kathy Dill.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home (181 S Caldwell St, Brevard, NC 28712). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu flowers, we ask that donations be made to Cedar Mountain Baptist Church children's fund, Clark's personal favorite.
