She is survived by: her husband Russell "Buck" Duke Taylor Jr.; her daughters, April Taylor Norris (David) and Heather Taylor Lunsford (Cary); her siblings, Jimmy Irby (Debbie), Jackie Irby (Sarah), Janie Nelson, Peggy Talley and Wanda Riley; and her grandchildren, Taylor Lunsford, Tanner Lunsford, Haylee Norris and Talyn Lunsford. She is also survived by Nanny, as the grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home, Inc. (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gates Family Cemetery (175 Harris Mill Rd, Rougemont, NC 27572).
