He was predeceased by: his parent Errie Jones; and his sister Wanda Jones. He is survived by: his mother Irene Daye Jones; his wife Michelle Jones; his sons, Jervell Jones (Synthia) of Hampton and Kynden Jones (Paige) of Greensboro; his granddaughters, Reign and Amelia; his sisters, Erica Lyons (Steven) of Oxford, Erica Nicky Harris of Oxford, Pamela Jones of Pennsylvania and Esther Denise Mills (Ernie) of Butner; his siblings-in-law, Wytonia Yancey of Timberlake and Harold Carrington of Alton, Virginia; and his brothers, Wallace Jones, Barry Outlaw and Robert Newman. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Siloam Missionary Baptist Church (4688 Mt Harmony Church Rd, Rougemont, NC 27572).
