She was predeceased by: her parents, David F. Hambright and Mary H. Bowlin; her husband Arthur "Art" Mangum Tilley Jr.; and her grandson Chase Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Tyson Ballard (Allison) and Scottie Davis (Richard); her grandchildren, Drew Ballard, Samantha Davis, Chris Davis and Jeremiah Davis; her sister-in-law Ann Johnson; and her niece Pam Bowen.
