He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmo Perry, Sr. and Emily Jane Phelps Perry; his former wife Marcelene Gentry Perry; his brothers, James Elmo Perry, Jr. and Joseph Eli Perry; and his granddaughters, Wanda Perry and Meliah Renee Noe.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Marie Humphrey Perry; and his children, Ronald Perry (Shelia), Donna P. Cooley (Mike), Brenda P. Price (Timothy), Karen Marie Sherrod (Mike), James Fredrick Roberts, Jr. (Angie), Lori Roberts Nance (Matt) and Michelle Roberts Thornton (Michael).
