He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sebastian and Kathryn Thixton Sebastian; his wife Doneda "Dee" Sebastian; and his brothers, Peter Sebastian (Nora) and Thomas Sebastian (Marilynn).
He is survived by: his stepsons, David Allen Ervin (Leigh) and Michael William Ervin (April); his siblings, Nicholas Sebastian (late Sandi) and Magdalyn Sebastin (Tim Graves); his children, Melissa Nelson (Derrick), Peter Sebastian and Dan Sebastian; his grandchildren, Mica and Emily Ervin; and his sons, Corbin, Lacey Nelson, Camryn, Mason and Noah Sebastian.
