He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Chambers and Harriet Lou Garrett; and his sisters, Eunice Hicks and Addie Anne Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Lynda C. Isaacs (Glenn); his sisters, Margaret Adcock of Danville, Patricia Blalock of Danville and Jeanette Hawkins of Timberlake; and his grandchild Kayleigh Isaacs.
