She is survived by: her spouse Pat Bethea Sr.; her stepfather Troy Bethea, Sr.; her siblings, Carolyn, Mary Lois and John Willie; her grandchildren, Nyeshia, Toledo and Jay; her nephews, Mackie, Corie and Terry; her children, Faye Delois Thompson (Charles) of Lumberton, Robert Swan, Sr. of Rowland and Pat Bethea Jr. of Rowland; her adoptive daughter Joyce Ann Hunt; her sisters, Mary Catherine Bethea of Fairmont, Pattie Johnson of Fairmont, Janet Grice of Fairmont, Sylvia Bethea of Fairmont, Doris Bethea of Durham, Patricia Gaddy of Charlotte, Shirley Burnette of Charlotte and Martha Ray Hunt of Fayetteville; her siblings-in-law, Mary Francis Moody, Elizabeth Page and Roger Bethea of Fairmont; her close friend Peggy Escobar; Willie Bethea and Ladamien Davis. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
