She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Maggie Locklear and Haywood Locklear; her birth parents, Eutice and Richard Locklear, Sr.; her siblings, Richard Locklear, Jr., Ander Lee Locklear, Cottie Lee Locklear, Jane Anderson (Jimmy) and Velvadeen Oxendine; and her great great grandchild Kylon Darius Locklear.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie Locklear (Diane), Jimmy Locklear (Belinda), Carolyn Smith (Jeff) and Alice Locklear (Roger); and her children, Vernon Locklear (Carolyn) and Vanessa Locklear (Kenny). She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
